Stayed here for two nights 3-5 March. Room .Very nice comfortable large room on the top floor. Great bed. Everything very clean. Lots of hot water for bath/shower. Lovely clean fluffy towels. Great value for the price I’d say. Didn’t have breakfast. So many places to have it in town. Used the bar for one drink all very nice in the comfortable lounge. This is without a doubt a great place to stay I really recommend it. Best Western hotels can be hit and miss I have found but this one is

Lovely, spacious room with a view on to the quaint high street. Large and very clean bathroom with a great shower. Clean, fluffy towels and toiletries provided. Gardens were beautiful and enjoyed a gin and tonic there on arrival. A very polite, friendly barman greeted us (sorry, I don't recall his name - tall, blonde, young man). Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if around that location. Thank you.

Great location staff friendly but professional nice comfortable atmosphere in bar room good size, great shower bed very comfortable extra towel for pool toiletries provided in shower no noise from adjoining rooms dinner menu limited however the Angel burger was great. restaurant waitress super smart and friendly good breakfast. breakfast waitress super lovely would stay again reception staff super lovely

Lovely location and although within easy walking distance of all of the shops, train station etc. it was nice and quiet. Perfect base for visiting the Bath Christmas market and other attractions - very quick and easy to get to Bath by train and not have to worry about parking. Great breakfast served, comfortable bed and leisure factilities, although small, were clean and nice to use.

Parking was easy and plentiful. The room was a very good size, I had ticked for double beds but both rooms had single beds which was surprising, it didn't bother us a lot but if we were younger it probably would have! Both rooms were on the ground floor as per our request which was great. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The area was quiet at night. Staff were helpful.
